Photos

At least one to go live, up to 20. Landscape, at least 1600 × 1067 pixels. Your lead photo is shown largest, at the top of your listing and in search results. Give a credit for each one, for example "Jane Smith". Read our photo policy (opens in a new tab).

Photo tips

Landscape, 3:2, at least 1600 × 1067 pixels or larger. Bigger is fine: we resize them. JPEG, PNG and WebP all work.
Keep the main subject in the middle. Your lead photo is shown at 3:2, the others and the thumbnails in search results at 4:3, and links shared on social media crop it wider still. Portrait photos lose their top and bottom.
Make the lead photo count. One that sums up the venue as a whole: the building, or your best wide shot of your main space set up for an event. It tops your listing and appears in search results and when your listing is shared.
Show the range, up to 20: each space you hire, set for different layouts (dinner, theatre-style, a reception), plus the outside of the building and a detail or two. Tag each space photo with its space so it appears alongside that space's capacities.
Bright and uncluttered. No text, logos, watermarks, borders or collages. Only include people who have agreed to appear.
